Day 1: Calgary – Banff
Collect your rental car at Calgary airport and make your way to Banff.
Overnight in Banff.
Day 2: Banff
Enjoy a day at leisure exploring Banff. Enjoy a ride on the Sulphur Mountain Gondola and indulge in a fine dining experience at \'Fuze\' where the award-winning Chef has literally travelled the globe to bring to bring to Banff the best the world has to offer.
Overnight in Banff.
Day 3: Banff - Vernon
Depart early today and include a stop at Lake Louise. Continue through Yoho National Park, Rogers Pass and Glacier National Park.

Day 4: Vernon - Penticton
Today you will travel through the top wine producing region of BC. Stop in Kelowna for lunch at Quails Gate Winery and Restaurant before continuing to Penticton. You may wish to take a ride on the Kettle valley steam train.

Day 5: Penticton
Included Activity: 5-hour Winery tour with lunch
Tour four wineries in the Naramata Bench, sampling the wine and touring the facilities.

Day 6: Penticton - Osoyoos
Further winery exploration can be done today as you travel south to Osoyoos. Visit the Osoyoos Desert Centre to learn about desert ecology of this area.

Day 7: Osoyoos - Harrison Hot Springs
Travel through Manning Provincial Park, which offers spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains. The park is renowned for its hiking trails and wildlife.

Day 8: Harrison Hot Springs – Victoria
You will drive through the fertile plains of the Fraser River Valley to the ferry port of Tsawwassen. En route visit the Farm House Natural Cheeses in Agassiz (open Mon-Sat mornings) and further east in Abbotsford, the McLennan Creek Dairy (open daily). Then travel by ferry to Vancouver Island.

Day 9: Victoria
Enjoy at day at leisure in Victoria exploring the many sights. Visit the historic Empress Hotel and treat yourself to an optional traditional afternoon High Tea.

Day 10: Victoria – Courtenay
Driving “up island†you will pass through Chemainus and make a stop at Little Qualicum Cheeseworks on Morning star Farm. Then continue towards Courtenay on Vancouver Island’s east coast.

Day 11: Courtenay – Vancouver
Today heading back towards Nanaimo make a detour to Cathedral Grove for a walk through a towering stand of 800 year old trees. Take a stop in the village of Coombs, known for the family of goats nimbly grazing on the grass rooftop of the Coombs Old Country Market. Once in Nanaimo, board the BC Ferry to Horseshoe Bay. Tonight choose from one of Vancouver’s excellent restaurants ranging from Contemporary West Coast to Asian fusion cuisine.

Day 12: Vancouver
Included Activity: Granville Island (Daily 9:00am-11:00am)
Chef Guided Market Tour You will be taken on a tour of BC’s culinary mecca – Granville Island Public Market. Discover aisles bursting with fresh produce, meats, cheeses, charcuterie, and seafood. Local chefs will take you through this Vancouver institution and open your eyes to Vancouver’s food culture. The rest of the day is free to explore this beautiful city.

Tour Ends. Drop off your car at the airport before checking in for your flight home or onward journey.
