The villa has been totally rebuilt (starting from an old stone cottage) at the end of 2019.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor and is tastefully finished in Corfiot style, without forgetting the most modern comforts and amenities.Beautiful paintings from local artists enrich the walls, providing a further homely ambiance. There is a large, open-plan lounge (sofa bed for the 7th guest available) with a stylish, fully equipped kitchen (including fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine). Patio doors lead out straight to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 doubles – 1 twin), all air-conditioned (available free of charge 24/7) furnished to the highest standard and provided with top-of-the-range bedding. One of the double bedrooms is provided with a large en-suite shower room while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a family shower room. Attention to the details and careful research of the local Corfiot traditions are the keywords for this beautiful villa!

If the indoor areas of Villa Socrates are impressive, the outdoor are truly outstanding! The large private pool, surrounded by beautiful paved terraces and greenery, is equipped with 7 sunbeds and parasols. The guests will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals grilled by the barbecue, or dining al-fresco enjoying the local breeze. The house as well as the pool area offer total privacy to the guests, attracting long hours of sunshine. The views are to die for: guests can see Corfu Town across the Ionian Sea all the way to the south, the Albanian Alps and Greek mainland across at sunrise and up into the Adriatic Sea towards Italy, to the north. Thanks to the wide spaces available outside, yoga classes can be arranged by our experienced staff. Private parking for 2 cars is available.
