This wonderful villa was completely refurbished in 2014 and is located in Binissafua Rotters. Binissafua beach is a 5 minute walk via a coastal path and other south coast beaches (Binidaí, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) are a 5 – 10 minutes drive away. San Luis and San Clemente, where you will find all local amenities (shops, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc) are 5 minutes drive away in opposite directions. Mahón, the capital city, is 10 minutes by car.

The villa boasts lovely sea views from the garden and pool area. Connected to the lounge is a covered porch area, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and also with exterior sofas. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m, has roman steps and sunbathing terrace on one side. There is also an area with artificial grass that is ideal for small children to play.

Villa Sant Lluis has been refurbished with quality furnishings and fittings. The whole house has been designed for wheelchair users. All rooms are on one level and have air-conditioning: Ground Floor: lounge/dining room with access to garden and pool area, kitchen, utility room, 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 1 cloakroom.
