LARGE VILLA NEAR MIJAS

This 8 bedroom villa has amazing sea views and is located in the prestigious urbanization of Ranch Domingo, in Benalmadena, near to Marbella. Situated on a spacious plot, the villa is made up of a ma house and three separate apartments. This makes it ideal for groups of friends travelling together or large families.

In the main house there are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen with an office and a living room. Outside you have a fantastic garden area where you can dine under the terrace or relax by the pool on one of the sunbeds. Have a party in a BBQ on the deck with bar area. The pool can be also be heated which is perfect for the winter months!

The villa also has three separate apartments. The first apartment enjoys a downstairs living room, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The second apartment located just by the front door entrance has a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The final apartment is located near the back of the house and has a living room and bedroom. All of the bedrooms in the apartments have air conditioning.

The villa is decorated with rustic and Arabic styles, along with a modern blend. 

It is conveniently located near the centre of Benalmadena, close to the riding club, Tivoli World Attractions Park, Torrequebrada Golf Club, along with the beach and plenty of restaurants.
