RASOTICA

Villa Rasotica is situated in the elite western part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brač, walking distance from the beach.

 This lovely villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds), a bathroom and a laundry area.

All the bedrooms have access to the garden with a private outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a separate WC and a summer kitchen. The upper floor has a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area with 2 balconies and a bathroom. 

To make your stay on Brač Island as pleasant as possible,  the villa is quipped with everything you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed. There is also a table tennis table situated within the grounds, perfect for children and adults alike.

Brac is accessed via a ferry, from the mainland area of Split.
