This gorgeous seven-bedroom villa in the heart of Marbella City centre with a cinema room and a private pool. This beautiful villa has a spacious and welcoming garden area that features covered terrace areas for outdoor dining and sunbeds for lounging by the pool. The air-conditioned villa is very close to the heart of Marbella and you can stroll to the centre in 15 minutes. Here you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafes, and entertainment. All the well-known beaches of Marbella are within a short walk including the Marina port.

The first floor offers a wonderful master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes, private terraces with sea views and bright modern bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath. Also on this floor are 3 further bedrooms 2 twins, 1 double and a further full bathroom. The second floor has a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom, private terrace, and great views across Marbella and down to the sea. The lower floor has stunning cinema room with seating for up to 6 along with state-of-the-art technology. There is also a great games room / bar which offers, pool table, table tennis, table football and a punch bag to work off any extra calories. In addition, in the games room is the other bedroom that is small with a double bed allowing maximum occupancy 12

The walled garden, has a 7m x 4m swimming pool, a brick and stone Gazebo with a brick barbecue, and toilet area. The outdoor facilities will enable you to stay outside in the warm sunshine all day long.

You can play tennis at a location nearby, and the area is popular for golfing. Marbella Bus Station is a 10 minute walk, while Plaza de Toros Marbella is close by too.
