Villa Paulare 7 bedrooms, heated 36sqm private pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, with stunning sea views

The Villa is located above a coastal road offering amazing views on the coast, sea, and valley in a very quiet environment. Accommodation is offered on two floors and is perfect for two or more families or friends and all exclusively for your use. Both floors are connected with the outdoor staircase and each floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room with sea views. Each floor has 3 bedrooms. The pool area is spacious and fully fenced with a lounge area and 8 deck chairs, a fun zone, and the gym next to it. Perfectly located to get to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants in 5 min drive, and to visit historic attractions and famous locations in up to 20 min drive to Trogir, Split, Solin and Klis.

The outdoor area offers a heated swimming pool with 8 deck chairs, jacuzzi for 5 people, table tennis, table soccer, and a fitness room next to it with treadmill, bench with weights and exercise bike. There is also a huge sun deck area surrounded by olive and palm trees (this area has a baby-safe door). Few steps up take you to the covered outdoor lounge area with sea and pool views. There are two grassplot areas and offers swing, slide, and some toys, perfect for your youngest, and located just next to the first covered outdoor dining area for 14 people. On the west side of the villa, a few steps up is a summer kitchen and second covered dining area for 14 people with a traditional barbecue and a TV.

The first-floor offers an air-conditioned living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with PS4, a balcony with a lounge corner, and amazing sea views. There is Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed , a TV, and a balcony with sea views. A Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds  and a TV. Bedroom No3  an No4 are both  double bedrooms There is also a spacious family bathroom with a shower and two sinks and a family bathroom with shower.

The ground floor offers an air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and exit to the first outdoor dining area, a sofa, and a TV. Bedroom No5 with two single beds to make a twin bedroom. Bedroom No6 with two single beds with en-suite bathroom No3 with shower and air-conditioning. There is also a family bathroom No4 with a shower. A separate entrance from the outside is for Bedroom No7 with double 140cmx 200cm, air-condition, en-suite bathroom No5 with shower, and views on the sea.

Villa Paulare offers a very comfortable stay for 14 people with many different levels and fun areas, just a perfect base for exploring all this history and activity-rich area offers. Krka waterfalls day tour (1-hour drive), white-rafting and zip-line experience on Cetina river (40 min drive), quad tour on hill slopes, boat tours on the island Brač or Hvar... or simply enjoying the beachside of Kaštela or at your pool privacy, many ideas for fulfilling your Croatian experience in the heart of Dalmatia.

Located between two Unesco protected towns Trogir (14km) and Split (16km) it gives the opportunity to visit many historical attractions. The unique, romantic, and mysterious fortification in Kaštel Gomilica together with Klis fortress (15km) was chosen as the setting for the fourth season of the popular television series "Game of Thrones". Salona ruins only 11km far, marked mountain path leads from Kaštel Stari to the Malačka saddle (480 m) as a starting point for mountaineering paths through Kozjak and Kaštela Hinterland. This is the easiest accessible lookout with a magnificent view of the bay, Split, Marjan, Trogir, and Central Dalmatian islands. An oak (Quercus Pubescens Willd) by the Romanic church of St. Kuzma and Damjan in Kaštel Gomilica capture interest by its beauty and size in this old Kaštela surrounding. Park around the Palace Hotel in Kaštel Stari is also a monument of park architecture. It was founded in 1910 and stretches on 35.000 sqm. Kaočina gaj, a forest on the eastern slopes of Kozjak in Kaštel Sućurac is an example of preserved high maquis and other autochthonous species in a vegetative and floristic sense.

In addition to the rich Kaštela summer with more than a hundred events, try out sailing and rowing clubs in Kastel Kambelovac, or diving in Resnik, visit beaches in Kaštel Gomilica: Torac, Kamp or in Kaštel Kambelovac: Baletna škola, Mala punta, Bilajka. If you refer to pedestrian or bicycle paths on Kozjak and Kaštela hinterland, you will experience Kaštela from a completely new perspective.
