Exclusive Villa Noir with infinity pool, sauna, and spa is in a small bay, approximately 3 km from the lovely town of Selca. Up to 13 guests can be accommodated in 5 luxury designed en-suite rooms and enjoy in marvelous view on the Adriatic Sea just 2 m away.

Villa Noir is set in 380 square meters and over the ground, first and a second floor. Extra amenities such as SPA room with a sauna and a gym, hot tub, wine room, and entertainment room will give you a vacation to remember.
Open space terrace with infinity, heated swimming pool, and a barbecue is located on the ground floor. 2 modern kitchens and luxury designed dining area, spa area, and a laundry room are on the same level.
3 high end designed en-suite bathrooms is on the first floor.

One of the bedrooms has a dressing room with an additional sofa bed. Furthermore, 2 bedrooms have an exit onto a terrace with a hot tub. An entertainment room with two TVs, a football table and a sofa are on the same floor.
On the second floor, there is an expansive lobby with lounge chairs and two spacious en-suite bedrooms with a terrace. 
Private mooring for boats up to 15 m is in front of this magnificent villa.
