Villa Maslina is a high quality furnished, modern and comfortable villa that boasts 180 sqm of living space and can accommodate 9 people. It consists of two comfortable units on two floors (each 90 sqm) both with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, and both units are offered for one group. It is set on a 340 sqm fully fenced property from where you can admire the beautiful landscape and spend your best vacation ever in this stylish accommodation. Villa Maslina offers all mod cons that you need for a very comfortable stay, two fully equipped kitchens with all the appliances, each room with a TV, free Wi-Fi, fully air-conditioned, and a Playstation3 with many games for your youngest (or everyone that feels young). Located only 1 km from the beach, 700m from the Makarska centre, 700 m from restaurants and shops, it allows you to relax with the peace and quiet, yet is still very close to various amenities that the town of Makarska can provides.

The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool (6.8 x 4.7m) with amazing views on the Makarska Riviera, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner for relaxing in the sunset views, and a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue, surrounded with olive trees. From the outdoor dining area, there is direct access to the living area. 

The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious and modern living room with amazing pool and sea views, comfy sofas, a TV, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances like a microwave, a Kettle, a filter coffee machine together with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and a dining area for 8. A family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine are also on this level. The first bedroom is on this floor as well, featuring a king-size bed, a TV, A/C, and views of the sea and the pool area. The second bedroom is close by and features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV, A/C, and view of the garden with olive trees. The outdoor and covered staircase takes you to the first floor.

The first floor offers a stylish and comfortable living area with sea and pool views, a TV, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The third bedroom is found on this floor with a double bed,  en-suite bathroom with a shower, and TV, A/C. The fourth bedroom comes with a queen bed, TV, A/C, and sea and pool views, whilst the fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, A/C, and sea, and pool views. A family bathroom with a shower complete the rooms on this floor.

There is an outdoor parking lot for 3 cars. From the parking lot, a few steps below you are approaching the 1st floor, and the outdoor staircase takes you down to the ground floor and the pool area.
