This house is a comfortably decorated four bedroom villa situated in Parque Atlântico one of the most sought after areas of Quinta do Lago. The entrance hall gives access to a guest cloakroom, to the kitchen, to the living and dining room and to the ground floor and first floor accommodation.

The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine and a dining area with a table. The laundry room is next to the kitchen and has washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living and dining room is spacious and comfortable. The living area has a fireplace and also a flat screen TV with a multichannel cable TV system, a DVD player and a sound system with CD, Radio and Ipod player.

Sliding doors from the kitchen, dining room and living room lead to the swimming pool terrace. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One is a double bedroom and two are twin bedrooms all en-suite and with patio doors to the side garden of the villa.

On the first floor is the spacious master en-suite double bedroom, with a dressing area and a private terrace. Surrounded by well maintained lawns and bushes the villa overlooks the golf course.

The swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 6m and can be heated upon request. Also on the swimming pool terrace is a BBQ and a dinning and lounging area. The villa is equipped with air conditioning system and Wi-Fi access.
