Cosins is a welcoming, modern villa with classy interiors and a unique location just steps from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Set just 400m from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro, just a few steps from shops/restaurants and at the edge of the un-spoilt natural reserve of Albufera, the villa has been carefully designed to offer all the modern comforts with an added touch of modern luxury.

Villa Cosins is set over 2 floors, is fully air-conditioned and has been cleverly designed to provide an exceptionally airy feeling  with double-glazed panoramic windows, with mosquito nets have also been fitted. On the ground floor there is an impressive purposely-built kitchen (fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), sitting area (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, music system), a spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. Big patio doors open straight to the poolside terrace equipped with table, chairs and sofas. The upper floor, accessible through an internal staircase, houses 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single,  as well as family bathroom. A tiny poolside annex is available for the use of the guests and contains a WC + basin and a laundry room.

Outside, the generously sized private pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds: a true oasis to relax under the Mallorcan sun, in total peace and quiet. But with such a perfect beach almost at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or “playa”? For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue is available, together with a shaded outdoor dining table and a chill-out area.
