Villa Bellevue is a magnificent six bedroom villa, set on two large plots in the Salinas condominium within the prestigious Quinta do Lago Estate.

This villa benefits from a spectacular position, with amazing nature reserve views and only a short walk away from the Quinta do Lago lake.

As you go in through the main front door, you realize that the villa has an exquisite decoration. From here you can access different parts of the property such as the kitchen, the main living/dining area, an office and 3 of the bedrooms. On the right side of the entrance hall you can also find a cloakroom.

The corridor that leads you to the kitchen has a lift and also stairs so you can reach the first floor and the lower floor.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker and a microwave. From the kitchen you can access the exterior where you will find a BBQ

The open living/dining space has French windows to the first pool terrace and you can start enjoying the views from here. Also on this terrace you can find a gas barbecue.

On the left side of the entrance hall there are three en-suite bedrooms all double, one of them is the master bedroom which gives access to the pool terrace.

Going up the stairs or by the lift on the corridor from the entrance hall to the kitchen you can access the roof terrace, where there is worktop with a sink and a gas barbecue. On this terrace there is also a jacuzzi. From here you can benefit from a beautiful view of the nature reserve and the sea which looks spectacular at sunset.

Going down the stairs or by the lift you will be able to find the garage and laundry area, a well equipped gym surrounded by glass, you can reach the other three bedrooms, two en suite and one with a separate shower room and an open space combining a games and bar area and a huge screen TV. The games room has a tennis table and a snooker table.

Two of the bedrooms are double and one is a twin which can also be converted as a double upon request. These two en suite bedrooms share a balcony with a table and chairs. From here there are some stairs, that can also be accessed from the exterior of the house that takes you to a second swimming pool which can be heated as well as the beautiful gardens.
