Villa Alarvella is a beautiful Mediterranean Villa located in the exclusive residential area of Bonaire, close to the beaches of Mal Pas with partial sea views over the Bay of Pollensa and close to the charming 'Cocodrillo Marina'. The location of the villa allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the natural surroundings of this small hamlet just outside of the Old Town of Alcudia. There are a handful of bars/restaurants to enjoy on foot during the summer period along with a small convenience store and pharmacy. Alcudia is just a five-minute drive away or there are several different routes on foot which would take you on a leisurely 30 minutes’ walk. Port of Alcudia is just a short drive away as is Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa.
The House is tastefully decorated with perfect blending styles to create an ideal home to feel comfortable in during your stay. The villa is well equipped to meet all your comfort and convenience needs.

This villa offers on the ground floor , large living-dining room with and views, a fully equipped kitchen, one twin room with a bathroom adjacent with shower,
large fully furnished terrace with views of the pool, garden and the sea from some parts of the terrace .

First Floor with two king sized bedrooms and one twin room all with access to a balcony and ensuite bathrooms.
All bedrooms have reverse Air conditioning units.
The property benefits from a log burning stove in the lounge area for use during the cooler months.
