Inside, the villa is air-conditioned, modern yet traditional, particularly spacious, airy and welcoming. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious lounge with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV as well as a kitchen with dining area (fully equipped) together with a WC. Stairs (gated, for the safety of the children) lead to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) and a family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Spacious terraces, furnished, provide sensational views over the sea and the surrounding area: this will be a true heaven to spend long hours enjoying the views.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, flowers, trees, palm trees and sunbathing terraces. A large brick-built barbecue with oven is the perfect complement for outdoor dining. The newly added private pool has beautiful views over the small private church and the sea. The pool measures 6m x 5m. It is equipped with comfortable sunbeds for all the guests + parasols. There is also a useful basketball courts for the guests to enjoy. Yet, with the sea so close, the choice will be hard: beach or pool?
