Upon entering the house, in the corridor on the right we have a double suite with shower and a guest toilet.
In the corridor on the left, there is a pantry where you can find the clothes machine, ironing board, iron and water heater.
Right next to the pantry is the kitchen that is open to the dining room.

The living and dining room share the same large space with doors to access the outside, swimming pool and barbecue.

On the first floor, the marble staircase leads to the two double suites with a balcony, one with a corner bathtub and the other with a standard bathtub.

In the space between one room and another, there is a corridor with a small balcony. 

Outside there is a fenced 8m x 4m pool and a corner barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals.
