This is a wonderful, superbly finished four-bedroom Superior Villa, which offers the perfect retreat for a family holiday or friends sharing. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and hob and a fitted dishwasher. The Italian hardwood kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops and selected utensils. There is a WC directly off the lounge area. The master bedroom is located on its own on the first level and features a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite marble bathroom with a vanity sink, bath with shower and a toilet. The double French doors lead to the outside veranda, which offers uninterrupted views of the crystal waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The second and third bedrooms are just a few steps above the ground floor and boast a shared marble bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet. These bedrooms feature two twin beds each, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. There is a fourth bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and fitted wardrobes; a bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and toilet located on the semi-basement floor. The patio doors lead to the outside pool patio.

There is a large pergola covered patio featuring a dining area for those who prefer to eat alfresco, or simply enjoy a relaxing time by the 10m x 5m overflow swimming pool with ladder steps, sun loungers and parasols. The lovely garden has many fragrant shrubs, plants and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers. On the left-hand side of the patio, the family barbeque area stands.
