This villa is located in the residential area of Binixica, between the charming town of San Climent, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarket, banks, pharmacy), and the tourist area of Cala en Porter beach, both 5 minutes away by car in opposite directions. The popular southern beaches, Binibeca, Binisafúa and Punta Prima, are just over 10 minutes away by car.

The large outdoor area has privacy. It is an ideal area to relax, bathe, sunbathe and "al fresco" dining. In this outdoor area there is a built-in barbecue, a table with chairs under an awning and is accessed directly from the kitchen.

The house has two levels, on the ground floor you will find, living room, dining room, kitchen. One room with a sofa bed ("nest" type) for an additional 2 children and a complete bathroom.  The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms and a  separate bathroom.
