Flanked by pine clad hillsides the marina has fishermen's stone cottages and an excellent selection of waterside tapas bars and local or international restaurants offering menus for all choices. The beautiful sandy beach  s'Amarador is within a few minutes drive or visit the Mondrago National park, which is ideal for walking trails meandering through the scented pine woods with picnic areas over looking the stunning coastline and blue Mediterranean sea.   

On the ground floor there is a archway into living/dining room with comfy sofas,  French doors to poolside terrace. Fully fitted kitchen, one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and adjacent bath/shower room. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The first floor has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom share one full family shower room and there are patio doors to the furnished upper sun terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a delightful sun room with table tennis and poolside views.
