Saint Andrews by the Sea


Saint Andrews is a picturesque New England-style town overlooking the Fundy Isles, situated at the mouth of the Bay of Fundy. The picturesque seaside town offers a host of activities from whale watching and wildlife cruises, hiking, golfing, kayaking and scuba diving.   The main street, Water Street is lined with restaurants, souvenir and craft shops.

Getting to and Travelling around

Air Canada and British Airways offer flights from Heathrow to Fredericton via Montreal, which is approximately a 1 hour 45 mins drive to Saint Andrews.

For flights arriving into Moncton, the journey time to Saint Andrews is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes by car.

Best Time and Weather

Saint Andrews has a humid continental climate, with warm humid summers averaging a high of 22°C in July and August, and cold winters averaging a low of -11°C in January and February.
For whale watching, the best time to visit is between July and October.
