Itinerary:
12 Feb 2025: Colombo
Arrive at Colombo Bandaranaike Airport
Our chauffeur guide & your travel companion during your tour of Sri Lanka will welcome you at the airport. Transfer to accommodation in Colombo and check-in to the hotel. (Approximate driving duration 45 Min to 1 hrs.) Check in to the hotel & relax. Later in the afternoon proceed on a city tour in Colombo.

13 Feb 2025: Colombo/ Wilpattu
After Breakfast proceed to Wilpattu (Approximate Travel time 5 to 6 hrs). Upon arrival Check in to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

14 Feb 2025: Wilpattu
After Breakfast, rest till afternoon.
Later in the afternoon proceed on a game drive at the Wilpattu National Park. The afternoon game drive will commence at 2:30 pm. Return to the hotel.

15 Feb 2025: Wilpattu / Sigiriya
Early in the Morning with your packed breakfast proceed to Wilpattu National Park for a Game dive. Usually, the Morning Safari commences at 5:30 am. Return to the hotel and check out from the hotel. Transfer to Sigiriya for the Night. ( Approximate Travel time 2 to 3 hrs Upon arrival check in to the hotel.

16 Feb 2025: Sigiriya
Early proceed to climb the Sigiriya. Referred by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World, this ancient palace and fortress complex has significant archeological importance and attracts thousands of tourists every year. Sigiriya rock plateau, formed from the magma of an extinct volcano, is 200 meters higher than the surrounding jungles. Return to the hotel, and enjoy your breakfast. Rest of the day at Leisure.

17 Feb 2025: Sigiriya/Minneriya/Hiriwaduna/Sigiriya
Early in the Morning with your packed breakfast proceed to Minneriya National Park for a safari ride. Usually, the Morning Safari commences at 5:30 am. Minneriya is yet another haven for the elephants that migrate from surrounding jungles to enjoy the lush grass fields on the banks of the Minneriya reservoir, during the dry season. Reports of elephant sightings range from a mere 100 to an astounding 700. The central feature of the park is the ancient Minneriya Tank (built in the 3rd century AD by King Mahasena). This tank is generally known as a place to observe the elephants that come to bathe and graze on the grasses as well as the huge flocks of birds that come to fish in the shallow waters.
Upon completion proceed to Hiriwaduna Village for a Village experience. Later in the afternoon return to the hotel.

18 Feb 2025: Sigiriya/ Dambulla/ Kandy
After breakfast check out from the hotel and Transfer to Kandy ( Approximate Travel Duration 2 to 3 hrs) En route visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. Dambulla Cave Temple is a vast isolated rock mass and it was here that King Valagambahu took refuge in the 01st century
B.C. when fleeing from his enemies. He later turned the caves into a rock temple. The Golden Temple of Dambulla has been the center of pilgrimage for Buddhists and Hindus alike for 22 centuries.
It is Sri Lanka’s most popular historic site. The Cave monastery, home to Buddhist monks is covered with exquisite 2,000-year-old murals depicting the life and times of the Lord Buddha. The shrines also house a collection of 157 statues of Buddha in various sizes and poses, including a 15-meter-long reclining Buddha and vividly colored frescoes on the walls and ceiling, making this the largest antique painted surface in the world. Check in to the Hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, rest of the day at leisure.

19 Feb 2025: Kandy
Later in the afternoon proceed to visit the Kandy Temple of the Tooth. In the crown jewel of the city, Kandy is the famed Sri Dalada Maligawa, also known as the Temple of the Tooth. The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. The entire complex is over three centuries old at least and has seen many a king’s rise and fall. It has seen bloody wars and peaceful reigns and is one of the most historical places still standing on the island. The entire temple complex, from peaked tiled roofs to white walls with large airy windows, is built using classical Kandyan architecture.
Upon Completion proceed to witness one of the most breathtaking events in Sri Lanka, Unique to the City of Kandy, the Kandyan Dance performance. This is one of the not to be missed events in Sri Lanka. These classical dance forms are associated with the performance of various rituals and ceremonies which are centuries old and are based on folk religion and folk beliefs going back to times before the advent and acceptance of Buddhism by the
Sinhalese people in the third century B.C. These rituals and ceremonies reflect the values, beliefs, and customs of the agricultural civilization of Sri Lanka. Later proceed to your hotel for the night.

20 Feb 2025: Kandy/Nuwara Eliya
After Breakfast, you will be transferred to Kandy railway station.
Start on your train journey from Kandy to Nanu Oya. The time duration of the train journey is approx. 3 to 4 hours The train routes in Sri Lanka are some of the most beautiful in the world. Travelers dream of taking the train to the hill country, through old pine forests and foggy tea estates. The Kandy to Nanu Oya train journey is one of the most scenic, epic train
journeys in Sri Lanka. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed on a short tour in Nuwara Elliya or enjoy leisure time at the hotel.

21 Feb 2025: Nuwara Eliya/Air Port
Early Morning check out from the hotel.
