Day 2: Delhi Rishikesh (Drive: 250 Kms 6 Hrs. Approx.)
Post breakfast, proceed on the scenic drive to Rishikesh and upon arrival, check in to your Yoga Retreat. Enjoy three Ayurveda treatments during the stay at Yoga Retreat Centre (duration of each treatment is sixty minutes). Yoga and meditation retreats in the Himalayas can significantly reduce stress and enhance physical and mental relaxation.

Today, you will drive to the rafting starting point and embark on an exhilarating adventure from Shivpuri to Lakshman Jhula (2.5 or 3 Hrs ' duration), a popular stretch along the Ganges that covers approximately 16 kilometres. This journey offers a thrilling mix of Grade III and IV rapids, perfect for those seeking a burst of adrenaline amidst the stunning Himalayan scenery. Along the way, you may also have the opportunity to try body surfing or cliff jumping, depending on river conditions. With all safety gear provided and a professional briefing beforehand, the experience is both exciting and well-regulated. It's a remarkable fusion of natural beauty and adventure, guaranteed to leave you invigorated. Rafting activities depend on participants' fitness levels, swimming ability, and current river conditions. If the group has fewer than six people, the activity may be rescheduled, as the rafting requires a full boat for safety and enjoyment. Smaller groups are often combined with others where possible. Participants under the age of 12 years and above 65 years are not permitted to participate in rafting for safety reasons. After your exhilarating rafting experience, enjoy lunch at the rafting camp, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature and the calming sounds of the river. The meal offers a chance to relax, reflect, and recharge. Once you've had your fill, you'll return to your yoga retreat, where the peaceful atmosphere awaits. Upon arrival, you may resume your scheduled activitieswhether that's a restorative yoga session, guided meditation, or simply unwinding in quiet contemplation.
