1. Non-Refundable Deposits & Tickets All deposits and tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Final balance must be paid by the date agreed at booking (may be standard terms). Clients are responsible for timely payment.
3. Tickets are usually issued 24-48 hours before the event, but may be issued as late as 24 hours prior. Delivery depends on the organiser; most require a smartphone and internet access.
4. Adjacent seating is only guaranteed if confirmed in writing. Gro requests are subject to availability
5. For package bookings, Travelpack will follow Package Travel Regulations 2018.
6. For ticket-only bookings, tickets remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if the event is rescheduled
7. Liability Travelpack is not liable for: Ticket access issues due to error or lack of device/internet. Liability for death, injury, or exclusion
