23 June ( Fri) Depart

24 June ( Sat) Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi by flight , Upon arrival you will be met by Travelpack airport representative, who meet you and assist you to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight stay.

25 th June
Transfer to the domestic airport to board your flight to Leh. On arrival in Leh, transfer to Hotel. Immediate breakfast. Rooms will be provided as soon as possible (Normal Check in Time is 1200 hrs). Rest of the day free for acclimatization to high altitude (3500 M) and low oxygen levels in Leh. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

26 th June (Mon) Leh
After breakfast sightseeing leave for visit to Stupa of Tisseru, Sankar Monastery, Namgyal -Tsemo hill. You can return to Leh via the Ruins of Old Leh Palace and Leh monastery. Return to hotel. Late afternoon leave for visit to Women’s Alliance (Subject to it being open), Shanti Stupa, Chanspa Chorten and local bazaar. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

27 th June (Tue) Leh
Early morning leave for Thiksey monastery to witness the morning prayers. Breakfast will be arranged at the monastery restaurant. Later walk up to Shey Palace. After visiting Shey, proceed to visit Stok Palace and Museum. Return drive to Leh via SOS children village. Afternoon walk to the Ladakh Ecological Development center which is a non-governmental organization based at Leh. Since its formation, it has consistently worked towards serving the underprivileged people residing in structurally disadvantaged areas of Ladakh and has been striving to address the environmental and cultural issues affecting the people in the region due to the current conventional developmental initiatives. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

28 th June (Wed) Leh (Festival of Hemis monastery)
After breakfast leave for full day tour to Hemis monastery to enjoy the festivities of HEMIS FESTIVAL with box lunch. Late afternoon return to Leh. Dinner and overnight in hotel. TSE-CHU (Hemis monastery) The festival of padmasambhava. The 10th day (Tses-chu) of the Tibetan lunar month is celebrated as the birthday of Padmasambhava (guru Rimpoche), the founder of Tibetan Buddhism. The Hemis monastery celebrates this event in the form of a 2 day festival. Its resident lamas perform sacred masked dances leading to the destruction of the sacrificial offerings. Masks worn by the lamas represent various guardian divinities of the Dugpa order, of which Hemis is the leading establishment in Ladakh. This 200 year old tradition was introduced by a member of Ladakh ruling family who was reincarnated in the 18th century as the monastery head lama, Rimpoche. The Hemis dances are a re-enactment of the magical feats of Padmasambhava, in his services to the cause of Buddhism in his eight different manifestations.

29 th June (Fri) Leh – Nubra (Teggar)
After early breakfast leave for Nubra valley, crossing the world’s highest motorable road - the Khardungla pass (5570 m). Afternoon visit Diskit and Hunder monasteries and village. Arrive Teggar and check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

30 th June (Sat) Nubra (Teggar)
After early breakfast check out and leave to visit the famous Samasthanling monastery. Proceed to visit Panamic hot water springs and Insa monastery. Later return drive towards Teggar, enroute stop at Yarabtso Lake and walk around (1 - 2 hrs approx). Arrive Teggar and check in hotel. (Total driving on this day is about 105 kms). Late afternoon walk around Teggar village and visit a local house with traditional kitchen. Gurgur tea will be served. (Time permitting : Evening Optional camel ride at Sumur Sand Dunes on double humped Bactrian camels). Dinner and overnight in hotel. Alternative: Nubra (Teggar) - Turtuk - Teggar After breakfast, depart for Turtuk village, a village recaptured by the Indian army from Pakistan during the war of 1971. Here, you will find a completely unique culture and language of Balti people (Baltistan) Lunch shall be organized at a local Balti restaurant showcasing their cuisine. Retrace your route back to Nubra. On the way, time permitting, option to experience Camel Safari at Hunder Sand Dunes

01 st July (Sat) Nubra (Teggar) - Alchi
After breakfast check out and retrace the route back to Leh via Khardung La. Arrive Leh and proceed to Alchi. Enroute stop at Magnetic Hill a point which defies gravity and photo stop at Nimmu which is the confluence of River Zanskar and River Indus. Procced and visit Likir monastery. Arrive Alchi. Check in hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

02 nd July (Sun) Alchi - Leh
After breakfast return back to Leh. Enroute visit Basgo Castle. On arrival check in hotel. Day free at leisure. Evening traditional Ladakhi Music and dance show. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

03 rd July (Mon) Leh / Delhi by flight UK
Morning transfer to airport for flight Leh / Delhi. On arrival in Delhi transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Farewell dinner. Overnight in the hotel.

04 th July (Tue) Departure
After breakfast transfer to airport to board your flight back home.
