Upon arrival at Terminal 3 at the Toronto International Airport for both international and domestic flights passengers should go directly to the Ground Transportation Booth on Arrivals Level Area "C" and check in at the desk there. For arrivals at Terminal 1, they should proceed to the Ground Transportation Booth on the Ground Transportation Level - Area 'P' this is downstairs from arrivals and check in at the desk there.

All centrally located downtown hotels will be serviced On each shuttle, there may be up to a maximum of six (6) hotel stops along the route.
