Your Data
Travelpack requires your personal data to be able to perform a number of business functions. When you send personal information to us over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission. Your data is held within a secure data centre which is access controlled. All transmission of your data, whether internal or to third parties is always undertaken using SSL technology.

Payment Details

When you purchase a trip online, or pay for it online the payment details are passed directly to a third party. We DO NOT have any access to your card holder details (the exception being the last 4 digits of the card number, expiry date and the card scheme).We ask that you never send payment information via email, as this is insecure.

Access to Your Data

We hold your data in line with our data retention policy. If you would like to see what data we hold on you, please email your.data@travelpack.com from the email address that we hold for you. Unfortunately for obvious security reasons we cannot accept requests from other email addresses. We will aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.

Your rights to be forgotten

If you would prefer that we delete your personal details within our data retention policy, please email your.data@travelpack.com from the email address that we hold for you. If you have a live booking with Travelpack, then we are unable to delete this data, until your trip has been completed. Unfortunately for obvious security reasons we cannot accept requests from other email addresses. We will aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.

Data Retention Policy

Travelpack hold all booking data indefinitely, this is so we can analyse historically traveller data. We hold personal information related to the booking for a period of 1 year (365 days) after completion of your trip. At this point, all personal data is anonimised, unless requested sooner. We maintain a marketing email database, all email addresses on this list remain indefinitely unless unsubscribed. All our marketing emails provide the ability to unsubscribe, but if you wish to unsubscribe separately, email your.data@travelpack.com from the email address you wish to remove.
