Full Itinerary:

DAY 1 UK to Toronto, Monday
Depart the UK by wide-bodied jet to Toronto (not included). On arrival at Toronto transfer independently to your downtown hotel. You can be met by our representative and transferred (not included – see options above). Meet with your Tour Director, the remainder of the day is free to explore the streets of this dynamic city.
Overnight: (2 nights) Best Western Primrose.

DAY 2 Toronto, Tuesday
Get better acquainted with your travelling companions at breakfast before exploring Toronto on a morning city tour. Afterwards, you can go on an optional Toronto Hippo Tour, enjoy a tour that combines the city's
landmarks and harbour scenery with a cruise through the lagoons and marinas. The remainder of the day is free. Continental breakfast included.

DAY 3 Toronto to Niagara Falls, Wednesday
Motor south through the lush fruit-growing district of the Niagara Peninsula where you pass through the historic village of Niagara-on-the- Lake. In Niagara Falls, take a boat trip to the foot of the falls, or journey behind the falls. You can enjoy an optional Niagara Helicopter Tour that gives you a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls and the surrounding region. The evening is free.

DAY 4 Niagara Falls to Owen Sound, Thursday
Off early today, you follow the Queen Elizabeth Way back to Toronto then proceed north into the heart of Ontario's resort region. Before reaching Owen Sound, you make a stop in the charming town of Wasaga Beach to bargain shop at the Flea Market or simply relax on the beach.

DAY 5 Owen Sound to Sault Ste. Marie, Friday
A highlight of today is a lovely ferry cruise aboard the Chi-Cheemaun from Tobermory to South Baymouth on Manitoulin Island.

DAY 6 Sault Ste. Marie to Thunder Bay, Saturday
This morning, journey through the scenic beauty of Northern Ontario. Following the north shore of Lake Superior, your journey brings you to Thunder Bay, the most westerly port of Canada's incredible Great Lakes
inland water system.
Overnight: Travelodge Airlane. Continental breakfast included.

DAY 7 Thunder Bay to Winnipeg, Sunday
Today's drive leads you through the scenic Kenora Lakes district, across the Manitoba provincial border, and on to Winnipeg.
Overnight: Radisson Downtown Hotel. Continental breakfast included.

DAY 8 Winnipeg to Regina, Monday
The next three days offers you an insight into Canada's heartland. Driving west, you cross incredibly rich prairie farmlands. Often referred to as “the bread basket of the cattle world”.
Overnight: Regina Inn. Continental breakfast included.

DAY 9 Regina to Medicine Hat, Tuesday
This morning you visit the headquarters and museum of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The RCMP is to this day Canada's only national police force and maintains all regions of the country that are not
protected by provincial or municipal forces.
Overnight: Best Western Medicine Hat. Continental breakfast included.

DAY 10 Medicine Hat to Calgary, Wednesday
Your journey today leads you through a unique region, reminiscent of the days of ‘Cowboys and Indians’. You continue through the Badlands, the rugged domain of dinosaurs millions of years ago. Near Drumheller, you
visit the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology.

DAY 11 Calgary to Banff National Park, Thursday
You enjoy a tour of the region around Banff today. The area became Canada’s first national park in 1885 to protect its natural hot springs. Alternatively, you can take part in an optional Nature and Wildlife Tour to scenic Lake Minnewanka with a subsequent gondola ride to spectacular Sulphur Mountain.

DAY 12 Jasper National Park, Friday
An optional Helicopter Sightseeing Tour will give you the chance to see the eastern ranges of the Rocky Mountains. Today you will travel up the Icefields Parkway through some of the most breathtaking scenery in Canada. Each turn reveals another stunning panorama of snow-capped mountain peaks, lush valleys and crystal clear falls. At the Columbia Icefield you board a specially constructed snocoach to venture onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier. Continental breakfast included.

DAY 13 Banff National Park to Revelstoke, Saturday
Another day of spectacular mountain scenery as you wind your way west through the Kicking Horse Pass into Yoho National Park. In Mount Revelstoke you will take in the amazing views from the mighty Rogers Pass and continue to Three Valley Gap. On an optional basis, you are invited this evening to take part in a real Western “Ghost Town” Barbecue.

DAY 14 Revelstoke to Kelowna, Sunday
A picturesque journey leads you through the interior of British Columbia. The ever-changing landscape provides a magnificent backdrop for the journey. This afternoon, you venture into the famous Okanagan Valley, the centre of the province's fruit-growing industry.

DAY 15 Kelowna to Victoria, Monday
Today leave the Okanagan Valley and mountains behind, passing through the Lower Mainland, and arrive at the Pacific coast in time to board your ferry for a pleasant cruise to Vancouver Island. You continue by coach to the provincial capital Victoria. You can take part in an optional Floatplane Sightseeing Tour over downtown Victoria and the Strait of Juan de Fuca
with the Olympic Mountains in the distance. Watch for the buildings lining the harbour and the rugged coastline. The afternoon is free.

DAY 16 Victoria to Vancouver, Tuesday
This elegant provincial capital is the charming setting for this morning's sightseeing tour. The Victorian architecture and colonial character lend a unique flavour to this splendid city. You will explore the area around the Inner Harbour, including the Parliament Buildings, the totem poles of Thunderbird Park, Chinatown and Victoria's historic centre. Leaving Victoria, stop at Butchart Gardens to enjoy one of the world's great floral displays. This afternoon you board the ferry to the mainland.

DAY 17 Vancouver, Wednesday
This morning features an interesting tour of Vancouver. Included are Stanley Park, English Bay, Gastown, Chinatown and much more. The afternoon is free. In the evening, there will be an optional “Farewell Dinner” at Aqua Riva Restaurant (overlooking the illuminated cityscape of Vancouver (minimum 10 participants required to operate). Continental breakfast included.

DAY 18 Vancouver to UK, Thursday
A time for last minute shopping and sad farewells. Individual transfer (not included) to Vancouver International Airport in time to check in for your
return flight (not included). Continental breakfast included.
