Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Mauritius

You will be met on arrival by our representative and transferred to your beach resort.
Radisson Blu Poste LaFayette.

This hotel is a contemporary interpretation of the island's architectural heritage, seamlessly blending in with the lush surroundings and flanked by a pristine beach with its own sparkling lagoon on one side and a leafy-green mountain on the other. Located on Poste Lafayette's coastal road, which runs along the scenic east coast, the resort is ideally placed to explore all the charms of the island. The property offers contemporary guestrooms and outstanding facilities for the whole family, including three bars and restaurants to choose from. Guests can also go for a swim in the swimming pool, relax in the spa, and get a workout in the fitness center, all during a delightful island holiday. Standard Rooms have a panoramic view of the mountain and landscape which are found on a block on the other side of the road of the same resort compound.

Day 2 to 4: Radisson Blu Poste La Fayette

Day 5: Creole Delights Day Tour
Wander in the streets by foot and discover the authentic places, with some merchants of our famous “dhal-purl”, “maize puddings” or still our “chili bites” that will undoubtedly tickle your taste buds.

Move then to Midlands, a small village situated 10 minutes away from the town of Curepipe, where a typical Mauritian family will welcome you in their home for an authentic experience of our creole food. The lady, Marie Michele will host you in her humble house and will be delighted to have lunch with you while explaining how she delicately prepares the Mauritian food with love and passion. She will also invite you to participate in the preparation of the famous local snack, the samosas.

Have a little flashback into history and head towards the Domaine Les Aubineaux in the Centre of the island where you will have the opportunity to enjoy our Mauritian tea in the shades of the veranda of a magnificent colonial house.

Day Itinerary
10:00 to 11:30 – Walk through the Capital City and discover our local delicacies
11:50 to 12:15 – Visit of the ‘Samoussas’ house with Mrs. Seetanah
12:30 to 14:00 – Lunch in a local house ‘’Kot Marie Michele’’ at Midlands
14:30 to 16:00 – Visit and tea tasting at the Domaine des Aubineaux Lunch Menu

Kot Marie Michele:
Chicken rocailles, venison curry or wild boar civet (fish upon request for no meat-eaters), rice, parathas, vegetables, lentils or other bean soup and mixed Mauritian pickles
Spiced rum to taste after the meal and local desert

Day 6 - 10: Radisson Blu Poste La Fayette
Day at Leisure.
