Itinerary:

Explore the stunning scenery of Coastal British Columbia with it's rugged coastline and unique wildlife. Enjoy luxury accommodation in remote settings and experience indigenous cultures who seem at one with nature.

Day 1: Vancouver
Pick up your rental car at Vancouver airport to make your way downtown.

Day 2: Vancouver
Free to explore Vancouver.

Day 3: Vancouver – Secret Cove / Sunshine Coast
Drive to Horseshoe Bay and take the BC Ferry to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast. Drive along the coast to the small village of Secret Cove.
Overnight: Rockwater– Secret Cove Resort- Tenthouse Suites

Day 4: Sunshine Coast
Explore the Sunshine Coast, or try some of the activities offered by the resort. There are the tidal rapids at Skookumchuck Narrows, one of the most exciting sights on the Coast.

Day 5: Secret Cove / Sunshine Coast - Comox
Take a short drive from the lodge to the ferry terminal to board the ferry over to Saltery Bay and continue to Powell River for another ferry across Georgia Strait to the town of Comox.

Day 6: Comox - Campbell River - Sonora Island
There is plenty of time this morning to explore the Comox Valley or proceed up the Island highway to Campbell River. From here you will depart on a ‘Water Taxi’ for the 75 minute scenic trip to Overnight: Sonora Resort on Sonora Island

Day 7: Sonora Island
Enjoy a free day at this stunning, remote, wilderness resort. Whether you want action-packed adventure or an exquisite visit to the spa, it is all here.

Day 8: Sonora Island - Parksville
After a leisurely morning at Sonora Resort, board the water taxi back to Campbell River.
Accommodation this evening is on the border of beautiful Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park. Overnight: Tigh-Na-Mara Resort - Spa Bungalow Suite

Day 9: Parksville - Tofino
Travel to Pacific Rim National Park stopping at Cathedral Grove for a walk through a towering stand of 800 year old trees.
Overnight: Wickaninnish Inn – Deluxe Room

Day 10: Tofino

A water excursion takes you along fjord inlets with stops in sheltered bays. Your knowledgeable guide will share information about Black bears and other inlet wildlife, including seals, eagles, porpoise and heron.

Day 11: Tofino – Victoria (Brentwood Bay)
Travel south to Victoria with stops en-route at: Chemainus, to view interesting murals created by local artists; Duncan, to visit the Quw’utsun Cultural Centre; before continuing along the Malahat and the Saanich Peninsula to Brentwood Bay.
Overnight: Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa - Ocean Suite.

Day 12: Victoria
Today enjoy free time in Victoria, the capital of British Columbia.

Day 13: Victoria- Vancouver 
Depart from Victoria to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. On your way back (time permitting) you may want to stop for a visit to the world famous Butchart Gardens one of the most spectacular floral displays in Canada. Then, drive to Swartz Bay for the 90-minute cruise to Tsawwassen from where it is a short drive to Vancouver Airport. Drop your car-hire off and check-in for your homeward flight or onward journey.
