Villa Topazio is an impressive house set within well kept grounds with manicured trees. The capital city of Cagliari is within a short drive, where many cultural delights can be enjoyed, including a wonderful open air Roman amphitheatre. The house is conveniently located just off the main Flumini coastal road which links the suburb to the capital, making exploring simple. Entering the grounds through the covered driveway you will find a private tennis court. Inside, the spacious lounge, is pleasantly furnished and also features a piano.

The owners love of art is apparent, as interesting paintings decorate the house throughout.  Also on the ground floor are two air conditioned twin bedrooms that share a shower room. Upstairs you will find the rest of the villas bedrooms, two of which are en suite and have balconies.

Topazio has a fantastic outdoor, covered, large authentic Italian kitchen which features a huge granite central table, making it the perfect place for dining ‘family style’ al fresco! The large private swimming pool completes this wonderful large holiday home and with a sandy local beach just 200m away at the end of the road, Topazio is a great choice for families or a group of friends.
