Overlooking a beautiful little pebble beach on your door step, Villa Sunrise is a modern, light and airy villa with sea views from almost every room. The centre of the small Dalmatian town of Sutivan can be found within a five minute drive offering a selection of cafe's and restaurants serving local cuisine and a lovely pebble beach with clear waters. 

Villa Sunrise  consists of 4 floors which are connected with an internal staircase. The villa has a heated infinity pool, outdoor barbecue and outdoor shower, laundry room and hot tub.

The Villa has been renovated to high standards. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the spacious outdoor sunbathing area, there is plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy.  Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. Every room is carefully decorated with its unique charm. This Villa is located on the island of Brac which is accessed by ferry from Split harbour.

Alternative COVID-19 policy. This villa is entitled to a full refund under our Covid-19 policy, 30 days prior to your holiday commencing. Should your local area, or the destination where your villa holiday is, go into a lockdown, 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be entitled to a credit voucher* or a deferral of your holiday** or a full refund.***Credit voucher to be used against any villa from our supplier's portfolio, subject to availability and subject to price differences.
