ROGOZNICA

Villa Rogoznica, a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia. It extends for almost 50 km of coastline, and it’s the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. Eager boaters are drawn to one of the safest and loveliest ports on the Adriatic. Gravel and rock fill the beaches, and each district offers numerous hidden beaches in small coves.

Rogoznica is known for a wide range of entertainments and cultural events, organized by the Tourist Board, that bring a special atmosphere to its streets. With its location Rogoznica represents a perfect location, a great starting point for all excursions in the closer and wider area (when accommodated in Rogoznica, you can make daily trips to all most popular destinations, even to Dubrovnik at south or National Park Plitvice at north. 

The villa consists of two separate apartments (ground floor and 1st floor); on the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are located together. Large garden with a special area for barbecue, a large terrace where there is a large stone table and wooden benches and chairs for seating. On the ground floor is also a garage for two cars and parking space in front of where it can fit up to 3 extra cars. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen together and pool and deck chairs next to it. The Villa is located 80 m from the sea and from every part of the house offers a breathtaking view of Rogoznica and the sea.

The house is rented as a whole and can accommodate up to 12 people.
