Villa Margarita is your perfect luxury holiday villa on the Costa del Sol, located in the exclusive and secure community of Monte Mayor.

Just 25 min drive from Marbella and Puerto Banús this villa is a calming space to reflect, relax and unwind in an amazing setting. It is the perfect luxury retreat, away from crowds but close to all beaches, golf, shopping, nightlife and attractions on the Costa del Sol.

This luxury villa is traditional on the exterior with contemporary light modern interiors. The villa offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape and the Mediterranean sea.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, underfloor heating in master ensuite, centralised A/C in all rooms, open plan and fully equipped kitchen, grand living room with high ceiling and surround sound TV, Fibre WiFi throughout. Outside includes a driveway, a number of large terraces, swimming pool, large garden and sundeck (all private).

The Monte Mayor community offers 24/7 security, spectacular views of the sea from its vantage point in the hills, quick access to the countless golf courses that surround it, and a tranquil and peaceful environment, all while being a short drive from the glitz, glamour and excitement of Marbella, Puerto Banús and Estepona.

Villa Margarita is accessed through its own private gate and down the driveway. The front-door opens on the ground floor, with the kitchen and living room directly in front, the master bedroom to the left, and the fourth bedroom and staircase to the right. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double basin, bath and shower, as well as a walk-in wardrobe with lockable jewellery drawer and a small safe.

There is a large open-plan indoor living and dining space that is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, warming drawer, full size American fridge/freezer, wine fridge, coffee machine, blender and more. A separate utility room contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes line.

The living space is connected to the outdoors by 2 large double doors so that you feel connected to nature from anywhere in the house. The house is rich in natural light with a large picture window looking out onto the grounds. Relax and admire the scenery and catch a glimpse of the deer or the wild boar that roam the estate.

The lounge TV has a complimentary Netflix account and is connected to an IPTV system, which gives access to an extensive list of British channels including BBC, ITV and Sky with Sky Sports package. The TV can also be connected to the surround sound system, for the ultimate home cinema experience.

Guests can enjoy use of the gas BBQ and dining terrace looking out over the private pool, garden and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.

Back inside, the 4th bedroom comprises of a sofa bed, which converts into a double bed with its own bathroom adjacent with shower. Up stairs are the 2 final bedrooms. These two rooms share a full bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms are similar in size, however, one offers a large double bed and private terrace, while the other has two single beds and enjoys views of the sea from the balcony. There are 2 cots available on request (one full cot and one travel cot).
