Inside, the villa is set over two floors, with the main living area located on the upper floor and the 4 bedrooms on the lower floor. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, together with 2 lounges and a WC. The views that can be enjoyed from the huge windows are truly amazing, and will leave speechless even the most demanding guests. Large patio doors open onto the furnished sea-facing terraces.

On the lower floor there are 4 bedrooms: a spacious master suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms, one with 2 standard single beds, one with 2 queen sized beds sharing a family bathroom. There is also a useful kitchenette leading to the pool patio. As for the upper floor, the bedrooms enjoy unique, unobstructed views.

Outside, Villa Lux is surrounded by large terraces facing the sea and the pool, gently caressed by the Mallorcan breeze and totally private. Outdoor dining facilities, together with brick-built barbecue, are provided.

The spacious private pool, attracting sun all day, comfortable sunbeds, chill out areas, and ping pong table are provided for extra enjoyment.
