Villa Lavanda is located in Stanići, only 90m away from the sea and beautiful pebble beach, in a quiet environment and sea views but again close to restaurants and mini markets. Offers you private heated pool, barbecue with outdoor dining area next to the pool and toilet, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen units with dining and living area located on the two levels of the property. 

Restaurants, bars, and nearest grocery stores are in walking distance, only 100 m away and the small town Omiš is 4km away where there are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town.

Outside is a private heated pool, outdoor dining area next to the barbecue with natural shade, toilet, shower, playground for children surrounded by fig and olive trees. From the front side of the property, you have stairs that take you to the beautiful pebble beach, less than a 4 minute walk away.

On the ground floor is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, connected with outdoor dining area and grill. Equipped with everything you need; dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker... join the living, dining area, and also working space. Bedroom No 1 with double bed, sofa bed for a extra person and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No 2 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The first floor has another modern fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, Bedroom No 3 with double bed, sofa bed for a extra person and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No 4 with double bed, Bedroom No 5 with two single beds which can be connected, family bathroom.

The whole house is air-conditioned and nicely decorated, fully equipped for a very comfortable stay with spectacular views day and night of the island of Brač and the sea.
