Villa Krovni is a brand new property nestled in Duće and only 120m from the most beautiful sandy beach Duće, with great sea views from two bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and other attractions.

The villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms,  a spacious living and dining area, a huge terrace with lounge sitting, 6 deck chairs, and a private heated swimming pool with massage and counter-current swimming program, a Finnish Sauna, Pool table and Table Tennis.

Villa is modern and stylish, equipped with high quality and all a modern guest would need for a very comfortable stay, fully airconditioned, and with free WiFi.

The outdoor offers a private swimming pool with a counter-current swimming program and a hydro-massage for relaxation. The spacious terrace offers 6 deck chairs, alfresco lounge corner with an electric barbecue.

Lower ground floor is approached with internal staircase, and from the garage. It offers a room with a Table Tennis and a Pool table with a high stool table and chairs for your evening entertainment. Next to it is a Finish sauna room.

The ground floor with glass walls in the living and dining room perfectly frame the views for guests relaxing in the sitting area, gathering around the dining table for 8, or preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the outdoor area. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed  that can open into two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, the bedroom is airconditioned and has views on the mountain and olive grove. Separated toilet and facility room next to it.

The first floor consists of three double bedrooms with king-size beds en-suite bathroom, 2 with a shower and one with a bath and 2 have balconies with sea views. There is also a room with toys for your youngest and a PS4

Two parking places and one garage place are secured. Next to the garage is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and other needed appliances.

Perfect location of the villa, vicinity to Omiš (1.5km far) and Split (20km far) it is ideally positioned for exploring and sightseeing, enjoying in activities like rafting/ canoeing/ zip-line or similar on river Cetina or for a boat day tours to island Brač. Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a boat, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to book a body massage in villa.
