Sinj town is the heart of Dalmatia, and not only in the geographical sense. It is a historic town where brave locals also protected the coast from the Turkish invasions, located only 30 km inland from the famous town Split. It’s nestled in the River Cetina Valley and surrounded by three majestic mountains: Kamešnica, Svilaja, and Dinara. The region of Sinj is rich and diverse featuring magnificent views of the mountains, forests, and the Cetina river. The minimarket is located only 1km far, the restaurant and a bar only 500m, and the town Sinj is only 3.5km far.

The outdoors: A private and heated swimming pool (11m x 6m) with a no-Chlorine system, a very spacious sun deck area that offers privacy for your absolute relaxation with 6 deck chairs, 1 swinging egg chair, a swing for 2, and a lounge corner. An outdoor Gym with an Exercise bike, a Multifunction device, and a Rowing machine. An outdoor Tennis court with artificial grass and tennis equipment and with the lighting for evening play. A covered outdoor dining area for 8 people with a gas barbecue. On the first floor is a terrace with the Hot Tub, 2 deck chairs, and a swing (accessed from each bedroom). While enjoying al-fresco you have the opportunity to relax with beautiful greenery with low bushes, lush pine, and oak tree forests. Typical Mediterranean vegetation all around you.

The ground floor offers a spacious and stylish, fully airconditioned living room with flat screen TV, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern quest needs for a very comfortable stay (fridge with an ice maker, espresso coffee maker DeLonghi, microwave oven...and more), a dining area and from both, living and dining area there are glass walls toward the pool area and to the outdoor dining area. There is a Playroom with a Billiard (A Pool table), a flat-screen TV, lazy bags, JGB speakers, A/C, and a direct approach to the pool area. A laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities, and also a dog washing station that can be very useful. A separate toilet with a bidet is also on the ground floor.

The first floor offers a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, each with a balcony connected with the terrace with the Hot Tub and each bedroom with panoramic views of the pool and green surroundings. Bedroom No1 (13.5sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.5sqm), a self-standing bathtub, and a balcony. Bedroom No2 (13.5sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.5sqm), and a balcony. Bedroom No3 (13.5sqm) with two single beds 90cmx 200cm that can connect to a king-size bed, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.5sqm), a balcony. Bedroom No4 (13.5sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.5sqm), and a balcony.

The whole property is fenced, with nice grass plots and carefully chosen plants all around the property and there are 6 parking places secured (fenced).

Activities in the Sinj area: The riding here offers you an insight into the heart of Croatia, exploring untouched areas of beauty, interesting old villages, and a variety of terrain. Besides horse riding, there is the chance to visit Sinj itself - a town with an interesting history which is well known for the game called Alka. This was originally a knights' game that has been around for over 280 years and is featured in the Sinj museum.

We recommend visiting the Sinj museum which is 3.4km from the property and it is very much worth visiting. It is so well arranged, interactive and innovative, that it makes you want to know about Alka even more. Villa has its own Tennis court with artificial grass that is very pleasant to play on, but in case you really like Tennis clay courts, then there is an excellent tennis club in Sinj where you can enjoy playing there in a beautiful ambiance or even arrange a sparring partner.

If you wish to experience more adrenalin then try an amazing mountain quad safari. You can drive an ATV mountain tour through some amazing landscapes of Dalmatian inland and Kamešnica mountain, or you can take a river tour. Lots of a great time, great landscape, a great experience, and great memories for life. If you prefer cycling, then you can come to cycle along River Cetina or some of the other beautiful biking trails, driving through places where you can witness some of nature's most beautiful landscapes.

Must-visit locations are for sure a famous town Split (37km, or 40min) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO. You can have a nice tour of Krka waterfalls (1-hour drive) and on your way back visit the UNESCO town Trogir which is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich cultural heritage and intact authentic architecture.
