Villa Duque has an attractive design and is built on two floors in a large landscaped  garden in Monte Golfe area, in Quinta do Lago.

One of the interesting features of the house is the central/indoor garden with colourful shrubs and plants.  The dining room has an octagonal marble table and the lounge is two steps lower and offers comfortable seating around the fireplace or towards the wide screen TV with digital cable TV.

Large glazed doors open onto the garden and pool terrace.  The kitchen faces the indoor garden and is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hob, an oven and a large and a small fridge.

Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes sharing a bathroom which was completely refurbished in 2016 and includes bath and walk in shower.

On the first floor is a large double bedroom with its own private shower room, which has been refurbished in 2016, and there is also a large private terrace.  All the bedrooms have individual split air-conditioning units and cable TV.

The pool has walk in steps and benefits from all day sunshine.  On the exterior of the garden, there is a purpose built-in barbecue and circular seating area. Next to this area you can find a shower room (also completely refurbished in 2016).

The gardens are mostly lawned but the rockery at the front is full of lush and colourful plants and there is plenty of shade on the rear lawn under the tall pine trees.
