Villa Cudan is situated in the heart of the Istrian countryside, just a ten minute drive from the village of Žminj which provides a handful of restaurants a mini market and a cafe. Based in a beautiful, peaceful area, great for walks, hikes and bicycle rides you can visit many authentic villages in the surrounding area or within a 30 minute drive, you can wonder the magical streets of the popular coastal resort of Rovinj.

The interior of the house is modern and furnished with quality furniture with pleasant details, so guests can feel right at home. A spacious living room adds to the comfortable atmosphere, plus the guests have access to wireless Internet and satellite TV.

You will most probably prefer the pool with cosy sun loungers on the sunny part and lounge area on the covered part of the terrace, where you can relax with your favourite music, an interesting book and a glass of superb Istrian wine. As well as a sauna, there's a barbecue overlooking the private pool where some lovely meals can be enjoyed alfresco.
