Set in mature and colourful gardens in the countryside between Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa, can Creus is an attractive property with a pool plus a large lawn edged by trees and shrubs.

The accommodation is on two levels, and the rooms are bright and spacious, and they all have air conditioning units. It is furnished in traditional Majorcan style. This comfortable villa with a nice swimming pool is bright with white walls, beamed ceilings and traditional furniture. A deep and shady terrace is situated at the front of the house. Upon entering there is a large lounge dining room with sofas and easy chairs, an open fire place and satellite TV. The kitchen is neat and modern with plenty of storage in fitted cupboards and with appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. The laundry and utility area are separate at the back of the house. Also on the ground floor there is a full bathroom with a bath and two bedrooms. On the first floor there is another twin bedroom and a double room with great views over the garden and treetops to the surrounding countryside. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

There is a great dining area outside too, with a built in barbecue and lovely terraces with patio furniture. There is also an exterior bathroom and a laundry area where the washing machine is placed.
