This farmhouse is located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 15 minutes from the capital Mahon. The pretty town of Alaior, where visitors can find handy craft shops and visit the factories where the famous Mahon cheese is made, is only 10 minutes away by car. The southern beaches, Cala´n Porter, Son Bou and Binibeca, are within close proximity. Vehicle is necessary.

The property is surrounded by countryside and boasts magnificent distant sea views of the south coast. The enclosed pool area is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and a grass lawn. Leading out from both the lounge and kitchen is a shaded porch furnished with a wooden table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a stone barbeque and a traditionally bread oven next to the porch area.

Although the property was reformed in 2006 it has not lost its rustic charm. The furniture is a mixture of rustic and modern and all rooms are distributed on two floors.
