Itinerary:


Day 1: Arrive Hanoi
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong
Halong 2D1N. Leave the noise of the city behind as you are picked up from hotel by your tour guide and transferred by private vehicle to Halong Bay. Arrive Tuan Chau island to board the L’Azalee Deluxe, a beautifully restored traditional wooden junk. Settle in and enjoy the view from the water. Lunch is served as you leisurely cruise between Cat Ba Island and Ha Long Bay, before dropping anchor for a tour through Sung Sot cave. Cruise on through to the Lom Bo Canal area to visit a local Pearl Farm and have the opportunity to purchase a unique Halong Bay gift. If you’re feeling adventurous, disembark for a spot of kayaking in the floating village.
Back on board, head on to your mooring for the evening and take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration from the on board chefs! Enjoy dinner on the deck and wrap up your day with a cocktail or try your hand at squid fishing.

Day 3: Halong - Hoi An - Fly
A Cave In Halong Bay. Rise early to catch the sunrise over Bai Tu Long Bay while taking part in a Tai Chi class with the boat’s Tai Chi guru. Enjoy breakfast on the sundeck before cruising onward to Ti Tov Island. Your final stop at Titov leaves plenty of time to explore, hiking up to the scenic viewpoint or swimming off of the beach. On the final leg of your cruise pass by well-known karsts of Thumb Island, Fighting Cocks, the Incense Karst which is featured on the 200,000 dong note. Say goodbye to the crew at the main harbour and take the private transfer about 4 hours back to Hanoi arriving late in the afternoon. Your guide will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your flight.

Day 4: Hoi An
Your itinerary for the next two days is completely open. The options include a fun and informal cooking class or an excursion to the ruins of My Son, a former center of the ancient Champa civilization. You might also choose to lounge at a nearby beach and have some clothing made at one of Hoi An’s many tailoring shops.

Day 5: Hoi An

Day 6: Hoi An - Nha Trang - Fly
In Nha Trang. The tour continues southwards to the beach destination Nha Trang, aside from a lovely beach, Nha Trang has islands where you can snorkel and scuba dive in search of tropical fish and coral. And the city’s hotels and resorts have mud baths and a remarkably robust nightlife scene.

Day 7: Nha Trang
Nha Trang’s postcard-perfect beaches offer good reasons to do very little aside from swim and sunbathe! But for those who can be tempted away, some nearby islands are worthy sites to explore. Highlights include Hon Mun Island, where you can snorkel and see tropical fish and coral, and Hon Tam Island, where you can relax on the beach.

Day 8: Nha Trang

Day 9: Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City - Fly
Next up it is Ho Chi Minh City, a dynamic city of 6.5 million that boasts Vietnam’s most impressive downtown skyline.


Flight: Nha Trang- Saigon
Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon you have the option of a private city tour of famous landmarks like the Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral and Reunification Palace, or traveling out of town to see the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, where thousands of Viet Cong soldiers lived during the Vietnam War. In the evening, head to a trendy restaurant or cocktail bar, or else try street food near central Ben Thanh Market.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta - Lunch Cruise
This morning depart from your hotel and drive approximately two hours to Ben Tre, and a gateway to the delta. Here, you will board a small boat to start your sightseeing around the waterways of Mekong Delta. Known also as the rice bowl of Vietnam because of its large rice production, the area has also diversified into activities related to aquaculture, rearing of animals, cash crops and fruit trees. Visit brick factory and board a small boat and meander through the canals and waterways and stop at a small homemade coconut processing plant to see how coconuts have been turned into oil, candy and woven mats that are later sold in the market. After the boat trip you will have a short walk to a local village to see mat weavers at work, before jumping on the deltas version of a tuk tuk and travelling down the country roads to the pier. Here you will board the beautiful teak boat Le Jarai to continue your cruise along the river. While onboard join in the demonstration of Vietnamese cooking before sitting down to a sumptuous three-course lunch of Mekong specialities. After lunch relax on the top deck and take in the scenery back to Ben Tre, where on arrival you will transfer back to Ho Chi Minh arriving late in the afternoon.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Mui Ne
Spend the next three days on the beach in Mui Ne, about 220 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City. This is a wildly popular place for watersports like windsurfing and kitesurfing, and its giant sand dunes are ideal for jeep safaris. The area is also famous for its cheap, fresh seafood. Your days will whizz by as you savor your last beach adventures and sunsets. Don’t forget to snap a few photos!
