Day 1: Collect your car upon arrival in Durban airport and drive to Nambiti Game reserve.

23 km East of Ladysmith in the extraordinarily beautiful and geographically diverse Kwazulu Natal province, lies Nambiti Game Reserve, home to elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo and rhino and rich in birdlife and indigenous flora. Day 4-6: Isandlwana Lodge
After breakfast you will drive towards the battlefields.


3 Nights Stay in Lodge Double - Standard Room


Isandlwana Lodge is carved into the iNyoni Rock overlooking Mount Isandlwana, the site of the historic Anglo-Zulu War battle which took place on the 22nd of January 1879. Join the Battlefield Tours with renowned historian, Rob Gerrard, author and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, or one of his associates.


Other activities include walking trails, horse riding, birding tours, photographic safaris, and the popular Zulu Village Safari where guests have an opportunity to see how the local people live and learn of their culture and customs. Unwind at the pool, relax in the library and savour delectable food prepared by the chefs. All en-suite rooms face the historic and scenically beautiful Isandlwana plain with a view of the mountain and have private balconies.
