Itinerary:


Day 1: Arrival - Yangon
-Arrival at Yangon International airport. Your tour guide will greet you at the arrivals hall and transfer you to your hotel for Check-in.

Day 2: Yangon - Full Day City Tour
-Breakfast at your hotel.


-Start your Yangon sightseeing tour with a visit of Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, featuring a huge reclining Buddha image.
Next, drive along Kandawgyi (Royal) Lake and on the east side make a brief stop to take some great photos across the lake towards the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda.


-Drive through the heart of downtown Yangon and enjoy some of the best that “colonial-style Yangon” has to offer such as the High Court building and The Government Telegraph Office on Pansodan street; both were built in the 1920s & 1930s.
Continue with a visit of Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market (closed on Mondays and public holidays) to discover Myanmar's wide range of handicrafts. No doubt that you will find your preferred item to take back home as a remembrance of your trip to The Golden Land.


-Finally, continue to the Shwedagon Pagoda, the highlight of any visit to Yangon. Towering over the city, this pagoda is the most sacred spot in the country, built to house; eight hair relics of the Buddha. The Shwedagon and surrounding shrines are at their most beautiful during the sunset hour, as the golden stupa reflects the changing colors of twilight.

Day 3: Yangon – Bagan Discover Bagan

Breakfast at Hotel. And Then transfer to Yangon Domestic Airport to departure for Bagan .


Arrive at Bagan, visit to see the golden stupa of Shwezigon Pagoda - Bagan's most important reliquary shrine. Continue to Ananda Temple, a whitewashed masterpiece of Mon architecture with four standing Buddhas. Make a photo-stop at the tallest temple measuring 61 m. - Thatbyinnyu known as 'the temple of omniscience' and dating back from 1144.


In the afternoon, continue to the Myinkaba area and Gubyaukgyi Temple with its fine stuccowork.
Next, stop at Dhammayangyi, a massive-looking temple dating from 1170 which is famous for its interlocking mortar less brickwork. Stop at a popular lacquerware workshops producing the most famous of Bagan-handicrafts.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy a horse-cart ride with sunset from a sunset platform from this privileged location you can enjoy sweeping views over Bagan's Ancient Temple Site and the Ayeyarwaddy river around sunset time.

Day 4: Bagan – Mt.Popa – Bagan
-Optional for balloon flight in Bagan:


Experience the magic spell of Bagan from a bird’s eye perspective. In the very early morning you will be picked up at your hotel. At the launch site you will be briefed by Balloons over Bagan’s professional and licensed expat pilots over a cup of coffee / tea. The flight itself lasts from anything between 30-60 minutes. on average, primarily depending on weather, and mainly, wind conditions. You will be floating over the impressive Bagan Temple site, gently carried on by winds not exceeding 15 mph. After a skilful and smooth landing somewhere in an open patch of land, or near the bank of the Ayeyarwaddy river, your ground crew will offer you a glass of champagne, and a light breakfast of croissants & Danish rolls, fresh fruit, and coffee / tea. You also get a personalized certificate of your unforgettable hot-air balloon ride over one of the most exceptional sights in Southeast Asia!


-After breakfast, leave Bagan behind and drive south-east for a little over 45 km to reach Popa.


Mount Popa:
-It is 1,518 m. high, but our visit focuses on Popa Taungkalat, 737 m. high, its cone-shaped form actually is the core of an extinct volcano. It is also the home of Myanmar’s 37 most important nats (spirits), housed in a shrine at the foot of Taungkalat.
The climb to the very top via 777 winding but covered steps is a bit challenging at times, but the reward of the panoramic views of Popa’s surroundings is well worth it. The top, houses a monastery and temple.


-There is no better vantage point to enjoy lunch than the terrace of Popa Mountain Resort, whence you can enjoy the most prestigious views of Popa, and mainly of Taungkalat itself.

-Mid-afternoon, drive back to Bagan, and on route, stop for an interesting visit at “Paing” roadside shop. Here, you can observe how locals climb up toddy trees to harvest the toddy juice. Depending on the time of day, the taste can be sweet or turn to slightly bitter. This juice is sometimes called “sky beer”.


-The juice is also used to make toddy candy. In addition, you could witness how in a very local style they use the same to make local alcohol for drinking and for house medication.


-Continue to Bagan, and upon arrival late afternoon transfer to your hotel.

Day 5: Bagan – Mandalay Full Day Sightseeing


-Breakfast at hotel.

-In the morning, transfer to Bagan airport for your domestic flight to Mandalay.
Upon arrival, transfer to the ancient capital of Amarapura, “City of Immortality”, 11 km south of Mandalay.

-First, visit the U-Bein bridge, over one km. long and almost entirely made of teak, and spanning the Taungthaman Lake. After that visit Mahamuni Pagoda houses the most revered Buddha image in Mandalay and Upper Myanmar. Take a short time too to view some of the many handicraft workshops adjoining the site.


-Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
-In the afternoon, first pass the south and east side of the moat enclosing the Mandalay Palace.
-Arrive at Shwenandaw Monastery, an ancient wooden building with intricate carvings. Once the home of King Mindon. Continue to Kuthodaw Pagoda, frequently called the 'world’s largest book' with a collection of 729 white-washed small stupas housing the Buddhist Scriptures inscribed on marble slabs.


-Finally, watch the sun set from the top of Mandalay Hill, a site with several glass-adorned temples at the north side of the city. Enjoy some sweeping views of Mandalay and its surroundings to end your day’s sightseeing.

Day 6: Mandalay – Heho – Pindaya – Aung Ban


-Breakfast at hotel. This morning, transfer to Mandalay airport for departure to Heho by morning flight.


-Upon arrival drive from Heho airport to Pindaya, an interesting and often picturesque drive up into the hills and across the Shan Plateau, through fields of mountain rice and other agricultural crops.


-Visit magnificent Pindaya Caves, set in a limestone ridge overlooking a small central lake, where thousands of different types of Buddha images are on display in the various cave chambers. Visit some local workshops where families produce Shan paper and parasols.
Transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Day 7: Aung Ban - Day return Trekking – Aung ban
-After breakfast at Hotel, drive about 30 mins and send to Tha Yet Pu village, then start walking about one hour to Kan Ba Ni (Pa Oh) village.


-And enjoy your lunch there.


-There are about four villages we can walk and can see the local life and also can see rice field, vegetables fields, Pottery and making bamboo basket.


-We can walk about 3 hours or 5 hours it depends on the clients’ sightseeing.
-If the clients don't want to walk anymore, our car will pick them up on the way.
-After that, go back to your Hotel in Aung Ban.

Day 8: Aung Ban – Inle Lake Sightseeing


-After breakfast, drive to Nyaung Shwe, the small town at the entrance of Inle Lake. On the lake, Transfer by longtail boat to your hotel for check-in.


-In the afternoon, take time to explore the charm of Inle Lake. Over 20 km. long and more than 10 km. wide, and at 875 m. above sea level, the calm waters of the lake contrast sharp with the surrounding high hills as a backdrop. Apart from offering amateur photographers an exceptional chance to take plenty of great shots, economically Inle lake has over the years become the vegetable and fruit garden for most of the country!


-First visit to to Nga Phe Kyaung, primarily of interest for its extensive collection of Buddha images made of different materials, and in various styles and sizes.
Next, visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the holiest religious site in southern Shan State. Its five uniquely shaped, gilded, but relatively small images are carried around the lake by boat during the annual Inle Boat Procession (usually in the period September / October).
Vist to Ywama village, one of Inle’s most nice-looking villages. Watch plenty of floating gardens, where fruit, flowers and mainly vegetables are grown.
Return back to your hotel.

DAY 9: Inle Lake – Samkar – Inle Lake
-Breakfast at your hotel. Today, your boat trip to Tar-Kaung Pagodas located on the other side of Sagar Village, built with different artistic style and its unique image by King Alaung Sithu (AD 1113-1163).


-Then, boat trip to Sagar and Thakong, a rarely visited area south of Inle Lake. At Kyainkhan (near kyauktaing) visit a family, producing robes (Phonegyi clothes) made from fabrics of thousands of lotus stems.


-During the excursion your Guide will help you talk to some traders who have their shops there and let them tell a little bit about their daily life, how they think about tourists and so on. You will get insight into the unspoilt culture and traditional life-style of the ethnic Pa-O and Intha inhabitants around Sagar and Hmawbi. Enjoy the Beautiful landscape, flowering trees and numerous settlements dotted on both sides of the canal.
Late afternoon, Return back to hotel.

DAY 10: Inle Lake – Kaylar Village – Khaung Daing - Heho – Yangon Leisure
-Breakfast at Hotel. Morning visit to the Kaylar Village located in the middle part of Inlay Lake and famous for its floating gardens. The villagers mainly live on fishing and farming. In ‘the floating gardens’ locals mostly grow tomatoes and a minority grow peas, chilies and flowers.


-Then transfer by boat to the village Khaung Daing, a tourist yet rarely visited place. Village life here is best observed in the early morning because there is a lot of movement and action at that time. During the visit you will get a glimpse into the lives of the local, rural population: Khaung Daing, which is actively working with tofu and bean production. Of course, you can try some of their local goodies. Very nice tasting!!!


-After that, direct transfer to Heho Airport for the flight to Yangon. Arrive at Yangon Domestic Airport and transfer to your hotel for Check-in.


-Today, Free at Leisure
