Itinerary:


DAY 1: DENPASAR AIRPORT - UBUD
Arrive at Ngurah Rai international airport in Denpasar the capital of Bali, "The Island of thousand temples".Ubud is well known as the centre of art of Bali, geographically located in the centre of the island and home to many famous artists both native and foreigner. Ubud spreads its charm through art, especially painting, but the laid back surrounding atmosphere in every corner of this beautiful village is not less worthy to be pursued.

DAY 2: UBUD – BARONG DANCE – CELUK – MAS – TIRTA EMPUL – UBUD
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning heading to Kesiman or Batubulan village to witness the most well known dance among the visitor in Bali, Barong & Keris dance. Depicting the Mahabarata story, the eternal struggle between the good represent by Barong and in another side Rangda represent the evil spirit. Barong is a very special character in Balinese mythology.

Afterward, explore some artist villages nearby, Celuk for its gold & silver smith where you may experience and discover by yourself how they dedicated their time to make a beautiful artworks. Visit the next village, Mas where many Balinese famous wood carver are born here.

Next to Tampak Siring to visit Tirta Empul Temple, famous for its holy water where Balinese worshiper have been drawn to this temple for more than a thousand years. You will find bathing pool of natural spring of water with archetype designs of Balinese old style.

Continue to central Ubud, to discover Ubud's Royal Palace, which was built in the 16th century, until today the palace is still the home to Ubud's king and the royal family.

DAY 3: UBUD – GOA GAJAH – KERTAGOSA – KUSAMBA – GOA LAWAH – TENGANAN – CANDIDASA
Breakfast at hotel. Check out from your hotel and then continue to explore the east part of Bali. The first stop is ‘Elephant Cave’ of Goa Gajah temple, which dates from the 11th century and is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens. Proceed to Semarapura to visit the ruins of Klungkung Palace, of which the Kertagosa Pavilion is the best preserved section. Its ceiling features illustrations portraying visions of heaven and hell.

Heading along the south-eastern coast towards Kusamba to visit the eerie ‘Bat Cave’ of Goa Lawah temple. The cave’s walls are thick with thousands of free-tailed bats, who, according to legend, are devoured by the mythological serpent Basuki, which resides deep in the cave. The views over the Badung Strait and, weather permitting, the island of Nusa Penida are another attraction.

Continue to explore Tenganan village, is the home to the Bali Aga people, Bali first inhabitant who was there ever before the arrival of the Majapahit dynasty who came from Java. You’ll see the village’s primitive architecture as well as observe the weaving of rare “double ikat" pattern and basket weaving. Check in at your hotel and rest of the day free at leisure.

DAY 4: CANDIDASA – TIRTA GANGGA – SIBETAN – BESAKIH – KINTAMANI – LOVINA
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning continue your trip to discover the north part of Bali via Besakih & Kintamani. Firstly, visit Tirta Gangga water palace, this sacred water palace was built in the early twentieth century by the last king of Karangasem. It boasts many decorative ponds and fountains, lush plant life and natural bathing pools.

Next drive to Besakih en route you’ll stop in the village of Sibetan to observe and visit a salak plantation where you can taste Bali’s famed ‘snake skin’ fruit.

Continue your journey towards the slopes of the Agung volcano, where the Pura Besakih temple, the largest and holiest Hindu temple in Bali, is located. It is popularly known as the Mother Temple, and you will be able to appreciate just why when you stand in its shadow of this 800-year-old complex. There are 22 different temples on layered ridges, with each ascension offering ever-more magnificent views of the valley below. Through twisty road you will reach Penelokan, Kintamani to enjoy the breath-taking views of the Batur volcano and the crater lake below.

Afterward drive to the north of the island for Lovina, check in at your hotel and rest of the day free at leisure.

DAY 5: LOVINA – DOLPHIN – BANJAR – BEDUGUL – JATILUIH – TANAH LOT – NUSA DUA
Wake up early in the morning, head out into the Bali Sea aboard a traditional fishing boat for dolphin watching before returning to the hotel for breakfast.

Continue your day heading to south coast of Bali, Nusa Dua. A stop at Banjar hot spring and then continue to admire the wide expanse of Lovina beach in the distance from the top of the hill where is located the Buddhist monastery Brahma Vihara as the central of Buddhist here in Bali.

Heading down to Bedugul on the southern shore of Lake Beratan. The lake is also home to one of Bali’s most romantic shrines, the Ulun Danu Temple, which is dedicated to the Goddess of the Waters. This serene location exudes tranquillity and spirituality.

Afterward, through a small wreck road to reach Jatiliuih village. Along the way your eyes are pampered with alluring scenery. Upon arrival at Jatiluih it is the highlight, a spacious fascinated rice terrace in Bali. Prior, you may have a quick stop at Candi Kuning to visit the colourful fruit market.

Your last visit for today is Tanah Lot. One of the most famous temples in Bali set dramatically on a small rock about 100m off the coast. When the weather is permitting Tanah lot will offer you an exquisite sunset and leave the temple just a silhouette.
