I would like to say "thank you" for making our holiday run so smoothly and efficient. We were very impressed by the organisation of your company and the professionalism of your representatives.
Karan Kumar in Delhi ensured that our transit arrangements were efficient and was extremely helpful with making sure that we were on the correct train to Sawai Madhopur and on our return visit to Dehli, he was the first person we saw on exiting the train.
The representatives in Sawai Madhopur were also extremely efficent and again ensured that our travel from/to the station ran smoothly and they were also on hand to advise and provide information about the local area.
The guide for the City Tour - Arun - was extremely knowledgeable and informative and we thoroughly enjoyed his services.
Overall, I would recommend your company to other people and we will be booking agian with you when we make a return trip to India.

I wanted to write to thank you for what can only be described as the holiday of a lifetime! The moment we landed at Delhi airport the Travelpack staff could not have been more helpful.
From the trip through old Delhi on the cycle rickshaw to the elephant ride in Jaipur, to the wild monkeys that seemed to live everywhere to the stunning palaces of the maharajahs to the beautiful saris, everywhere was bursting with colour!
Probably the most exciting part of our tour was the safari at Ranthambore, this experience was made even more special when we saw a female 5 year old tiger!!
The hotels were extremely good especially in Agra where I was asked if I wanted to go to the observatory roof, this is where I had my first glimpse of the Taj Mahal which could only be described as breathtaking!!
We were certainly ready for a rest in Goa, where we spent our last few days in India just sitting by the pool in glorious sunshine!
I would like to make a special mention of our driver Om Prakash! Om was with us through out our whole adventure, not only was he an excellent driver and made us feel safe at all times, but the gentle nature of this young man was the perfect companion for myself and my husband, I would like very much if you could pass this on to his supervisors in India.

Just to let you know that the goulds have returnd from their holiday and have to pass onto you how happy thye were with Travelpack,from the hotels, Car, guides driver etc
I am so pleased that they had such a wonderful time, and although it took a while when booking they were guided to my reccomendation to you. What more can I say !!!!! but a very happy customer!!!!!
